Before a recruiter reads your CV, software does.

CVPro writes a CV that applicant tracking software reads without errors, and that a person wants to read to the end. You tell us what you did; we format it for the country you're applying to, without inventing anything.

In English or French. France, Luxembourg, Canada, Australia, Africa and more.

Every section extracted

Let down by CV builders before? Here's what we fixed.

We read the reviews people leave on the most popular tools. The same complaints come up again and again.

The PDF turns paid at the download step, or comes out with a watermark.

PDF export is part of the editor. No watermark on your CV.

The same CV sent to every job, with no idea whether it fits.

Paste the job ad: a match score and the list of missing keywords tell you what to adjust.

Pretty multi-column templates with icons that recruiting software misreads.

A readable layout by default. Design templates remain available, with a clear warning.

AI that writes empty phrases and adds skills you don't have.

The AI only rewords what you tell it. Stock phrases are banned.

US rules applied everywhere, even when applying in Paris, Luxembourg or Douala.

One standard per country: photo, length, personal details and work permits follow local practice.

Your story first. Formatting second.

  1. Step 1

    Import or tell your story

Paste your current CV and every detail goes into the right section. For each job, describe in your own words what you did, with concrete details: tools, volumes, context.

  2. Step 2

The AI formats, you stay in control

Your story becomes clear achievements. No figure, tool or degree is added unless it came from you, and every line stays editable.

  3. Step 3

    Tailor it to each job

Paste the ad: CVPro scores your match, flags the keywords you can genuinely back up, and drafts the cover letter.

What you write
“I entered supplier invoices in Sage, did the bank reconciliations every month for our 4 accounts and prepared the VAT.”
What your CV says
  • Recorded supplier invoices in Sage 100
  • Monthly bank reconciliations across 4 accounts
  • Prepared VAT returns

Same facts, same figures. Nothing added.

Before you apply, know whether your CV fits.

Paste the job ad. CVPro compares it with your CV and shows you what's missing, before the recruiter's software does.

  • A match score

The share of the ad's keywords already in your CV, updated after every change.

  • Missing keywords, with advice

Add them only if you can back them up in an interview.

  • A cover letter for that job

Written from your background and the ad, ready for you to review.

Your questions

What is an ATS?

An applicant tracking system. Companies use it to receive CVs, extract their text and rank them by keywords. If the layout scrambles that extraction, your CV can be screened out before anyone sees it.

Can I write my CV in French?

Yes. Each CV can be written in English or French, and section headings follow the language you choose. For Luxembourg or Canada, write it in the language of the ad.

Will the AI write my CV for me?

No. It organises, rewords and tailors what you give it. It creates no facts: if a figure or tool isn't in your story, it won't appear in your CV.

Will my CV be “undetectable”?

No one can honestly promise that. We aim higher: an accurate, specific CV written in your own voice, with nothing to hide.

Who can see my CVs?

Only you. Each CV is tied to your account and is only accessible after you log in.

Your career deserves to be read.

Import your current CV or start from scratch. You stay in control of every word.
